We’ve been training dogs since we were 12 years old. Our fist dog: a clever chihuahua we taught fun tricks as ‘dancing on hind legs’, ‘ringing a bell’, recall to a soundtrack of our favourite
series … all fun stuff. Later oud dad bought an american bully pocket Baco. She was very eager to learn, but physically unhealthy to do all the exercises.

When we turned 20 we bought our first own American Stafford Mowgli. He was a complex, high-energy dog with whom we faced lots of challenges. Back then we lived at an appartement and we figured out ways to challenge him mentally and physically. At that moment our love for obedience began. Heeling, targetting, crawling, orbits and lots of more obedience exercises.

Quickly after that we bought our second American Stafford Akila so we both had a dog to train the obedience with. She likes obedience, but prefers agility training. After Akila we got our first own American Bully XL. We did not have ambitions to train her in advanced obedience, but it was still very important to train her proper leash manners. She weighs 88 pounds, whereas we wait 101 pounds. So another fun challenge. We’ve been occasionally helping other dog
owners to teach them obedience exercises (basic to advanced) and proper leash manners.

This way we hope to encourage and inspire dog owners in obedience to make fun and create a strong bound with their dogs via this positive reinforced training!
