Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Definitions
Provider: You or your company providing the online course.
Participant: The person enrolling in the online course.
Course: The online dog training course (including videos, texts, and assignments).

Article 2: Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every registration and agreement relating to the online dog training courses.

Article 3: Registration and Payment
• Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received.
• You will receive access to the online learning environment after successful payment.
• Prices are listed on the website and include applicable taxes (VAT).

Article 4: Access and Intellectual Property
• You will have access to the course materials for as long as the course remains available online.
• All videos, texts, photographs, and other course materials remain the property of the provider.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the course materials with third parties.

Article 5: Conduct and Liability
• Participation in the online course is entirely at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for any injury or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in the trainings.

• You are solely responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dog.
• The provider shall not be liable for any damage to property or for injury to persons or animals occurring during or after participation in the course, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the provider.

Article 6: Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
• Cancellation after the start of the online course is not possible and does not entitle you to a refund.

Article 7: Complaints
• If you have a complaint regarding the course, you must submit it by email and we will get to you as soon as possible.
• The provider will respond within 3 days and will seek to offer an appropriate solution.

Article 8:
Results may vary, and participation in the online courses does not guarantee specific results.

Article 9:
The provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the content or structure of the course where necessary for quality improvement or technical reasons.

Article 10: Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation
